Dr. Belvir Kaur Delip Singh is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) , a member of International Malaysia Bahrain – Chamber of Commerce and Assistant Secretary of International Malaysia Bangladesh – Chamber of Commerce. She is also responsible for training, consulting, coaching and facilitating activities training and seminars
Dr. Belvir Kaur Delip Singh holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Asia E University and a recipient of Honorary Doctorate from Malaysian South Indian Chamber of Commerce.
She has good working rapport with many international organizations such as the Malaysia South Indian Chamber of Commerce, Malaysia Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Malaysia Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce.
Before joining this consulting and training firm, she was attached with well- known Telecommunication company for 23 years. Being working as the Regional Manager for Central Region has given vast experience in managing a huge number of retail employees. Responsible for the team’s KPIs and company P&L, she would conduct her own trainings to the team which include the Customer Service Skills, Communication Skills, and Sales & Marketing and also on the futures of newly launch mobile phones which the front liners need to have hands on training and understanding of the product. This is the main cause that has developed her interest in training and consulting. To enhance her skills and knowledge, she than join the training and consulting firm which she is currently involved.
Dr.Belvir will also be one of the lecturer for the Masters in Human Resource and Industry Relation (MHR-IR) program in collaboration with UNIMAS & Videv Consulting Sdn Bhd which is schedule to commerce class in October 2020.
Dr.Belvir Kaur is a very convincing speaker and trainer. Her work in training clients includes training design, formulating training strategies and training plans and carrying out customized training programs with an emphasis on measuring results. She is known for her people relationship personality, she believes people are different and has a unique behavioral style that leads us to display distinct ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
She has carried out numerous workshops and seminars for Shan Poornam Metals Sdn Bhd (Penang), Apex Marketing (Selangor), Sarawak Energy (Sarawak) , Sabah Air Aviation (Sabah), Lee Edible Oils Sdn Bhd (Perak), Avantis Technologies Sdn Bhd (Kedah), American Efird (Johor), Masterplan Consulting (KL), Interprint Technologies (Negeri Sembilan) , Manipal Medical College (Melaka) and many more.
Among the core areas of training that she have conducted are the front line service, communication skills, anger management, stress management, workplace sexual harassment , hospitality skills, CRM (customer relationship management) programs and personal hygiene and grooming for ladies.
